  • 2 pieces eggs

Recipe

  1. 1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
  2. 2. Cover the mixture with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, salt, and egg whites.
  4. 4. Gradually add flour and knead the dough until it reaches a soft consistency.
  5. 5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes to rise.
  6. 6. Shape the risen dough and place it on a baking tray, let it rise for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Brush the tops with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Note: You can achieve a nicer color on your pastries by brushing them with molasses. Enjoy your meal!
