Blackberry Jam Recipe: A Natural and Delicious Taste

  • 2 heaping cups of blackberries
  • Not more than 2 cups of granulated sugar (Using the same cup)
  • Half a cup of water
  • A pinch of butter
  • Half a teaspoon of lemon juice



1. Start by washing and draining the blackberries. Then put the blackberries in a saucepan.

2. Add the granulated sugar and water on top. Without stirring, close the lid of the saucepan.

3. Cook by stirring occasionally when the blackberries start releasing their juice.

4. Add the butter and lemon juice, then stir.

5. After boiling the jam for about 25 minutes, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.

6. Once cooled, check the consistency and transfer it to a glass jar for storage.
