Ingredients for Vegan Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 3 cups of fine bulgur (200 ml cup)

  • Almost 1/2 cup of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac
  • 1 tablespoon of isot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 lemon

For Serving;

  • Plenty of lemon
  • Lettuce
  • Pomegranate syrup

  1. First, soak the bulgur in boiling water, stir, cover it, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Grate the onion and squeeze out the juice.
  3. Grate the tomatoes. Crush the garlic.
  4. Stir the bulgur that absorbed the water again.
  5. Pour the onion, tomato paste, spices, oil, and pomegranate syrup on it and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Then squeeze the lemon, throw in the lemon peels, and continue kneading.
  7. Remove the lemon peels from inside after 5 minutes. 10 minutes.
